Welcome on the official website of FDMTCG, nice to meet y’all! In this very first post I will tell you the origin story of yours truly, FDMTCG!
Back in that time I just went to school with a stack of cards & played against my friends to win each other’s cards. Throwing cards towards a wall, whoever got closest to the wall, won. Or smacking cards against each other with a high five and depending if both cards ended face upwards or downwards, the person won both cards. If I only had known back then how my collection would develop & the value of the cards I had back then.
I can also still remember going to the very first Pokémon movie (Pokémon: The First Movie – Mewtwo Strikes Back) with my mom, back in 1999. That moment when Ash tries to stop Mewtwo and Mew from fighting… My God what a real tear-jerking moment that was (and still is).

And of course the second movie (Pokémon the Movie 2000: The Power of One), which was released in 2000. By visiting the movie in theaters you received one of the precious Ancient Mew promo cards. Which I still have and cherish in my personal collection!
